A smart home solutions provider, in collaboration with Zühlke, is developing a mobile app that allows users to easily configure and control their homes. The app is designed to offer a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & development management, including backlog planning and release management.

• Requirements engineering, creation of user stories and feature specifications.

• Architecture, information, and interaction design for native mobile applications.

• Visual design and usability testing, including execution, analysis, and reporting.

• Backlog prioritization based on user feedback and findings.

Methods & Technologies Used:

• Project & UX management: Agile methodologies, change request management, UX leadership.

• Design & prototyping: Figma, InVision, hi-fi prototyping, user-centered design (UCD).
